Community Reinvestment Project (CRP)

Our program is funded by the Community Reinvestment Project (CRP), an initiative dedicated to uplifting communities in Washington state disproportionately impacted by the historical enforcement of criminal laws and penalties for drug possession. Led by the Department of Commerce and the Office of Equity, CRP aims to address systemic racism and provide economic opportunities, reentry services, legal assistance, and violence prevention to affected communities.

Home Expansion Grants 

We are empowering low- to moderate-income homeowners in Washington State by providing financial assistance for property expansions, including Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

Consumer Grants

Our CRP Consumer Grant Application closed on Saturday, March 8, 2025.  The application may reopen if funds have not been fully disbursed by the end of April 2025. If you would like to remain on the list, complete the CONTACT ME form on the www.Black4Enterprises.com website. Thank you.

We are assisting individuals in underserved communities in Washington State with financial support for credit consolidation, and car refinancing.

Here is the formula for calculating the Debt-to-Income (DTI) ratio:

DTI = (Total Monthly Debt Payments / Gross Monthly Income) * 100
